舞蹈治疗,是近年来兴起并逐渐获得人们关注的一种特殊疾病疗法,如果运用得当,可以对舞者的身心健康起到良好的推动作用,发挥出“治疗”的作用,尤其是对于一些内向、性格孤僻的人来说,传统的“交谈”式心理治疗,往往会让他们觉得不知所措、难以启齿,而运用舞蹈治疗则巧妙地避开了“交谈”这一重要的传统心理治疗环节,而且可以起到非常良好的治疗效果。目前,在舞蹈治疗方面我国所做的研究分析相对较少。本文在研究了多个舞蹈治疗成功案例的基础上,对舞蹈治疗对于舞者身心健康的作用进行了简单分析,希望对相关的行业工作者有所帮助。
