本文对二十几种4-羟基香豆精类化合物的抑菌作用进行了研究。发现它们在不同程度上对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有抑制作用。探讨了由于取代基不同对抑菌作用的影响。并对这类化合物的核磁共振光谱进行了研究,为今后这类化合物的结构鉴定提供了参考。
In this paper, the antibacterial activities of more than two kinds of 4-hydroxycoumarin compounds were studied. They were found to varying degrees, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli inhibitory effect. The effects of different substituents on the bacteriostasis were discussed. The NMR spectra of these compounds were studied, which provided a reference for the structural identification of these compounds in the future.
