宁波市自2005年开始疫苗管理信息化建设以来,已建立了基于电子监管码的疫苗管理信息系统。该系统具有通过电子监管码追溯疫苗生产、流通信息以及疫苗管理的智能化和自动化特点。经过11年的信息化建设,宁波市严格规范疫苗管理,通过电子监管码的应用实现了疫苗生产、流通过程的全程电子监管。2016年修订的《疫苗流通和预防接种条例》旨在完善全国第二类疫苗采购供应体系,加强疫苗流通环节监管力度。在今后的疫苗管理信息化建设中,各地应将所有疫苗纳入信息化管理,引入疫苗追溯机制,并建设基于疫苗追溯机制的免疫预防一体化信息系统,实现疫苗管理、疫苗冷链运输、预防接种系统间的互通和信息共享,从根本上实现从疫苗源头到接种个体的全过程追溯。
Since Ningbo started its construction of vaccine management information in 2005, a vaccine regulatory information system based on electronic regulatory code has been established. The system features intelligent and automated traceability of vaccine production, distribution information and vaccine management through electronic regulatory codes. After 11 years of information construction, Ningbo City, strict regulation of vaccine management, through the application of electronic regulatory code vaccine production and circulation of the entire process of electronic monitoring. The revised “Vaccine Circulation and Vaccination Regulation” in 2016 aims at improving the nation’s second-type vaccine procurement and supply system and strengthening the supervision of vaccine circulation. In the future construction of vaccines management information, all localities should incorporate all vaccines into information management, introduce a vaccine retrospective mechanism, and build an integrated immunization prevention information system based on the vaccine retrospective mechanism to achieve vaccine management, vaccine cold chain transport, vaccination System interoperability and information sharing, radically from the vaccine source to vaccinate the whole process of tracing back.
