心脏突然停搏的病人大多存在严重冠脉病变,且可诱发室性心律失常。以前普遍认为单作冠脉重建术不能抑制室性心律失常,因此采取抗心律失常措施(如植入自动去颤器)作为辅助。
Sudden cardiac arrest in patients with severe coronary lesions, and can induce ventricular arrhythmias. It was generally accepted that single coronary angioplasty did not suppress ventricular arrhythmias and therefore took antiarrhythmic measures such as implanting an automatic defibrillator as an adjunct.
