针对炼焦生产过程分层递阶智能集成控制系统,提出一种多层性能评估策略。讨论了由炼焦过程经济性能、焦炉加热燃烧控制系统性能和专家分析模块三部分组成的多层性能评估策略的结构、功能和所用技术。用焦炭产量预测模型、炼焦过程能耗预测模型、基于模型预测控制的性能评估方法以及专家分析方法实现了炼焦生产过程控制系统的多层性能评估。所提出的性能评估策略成功应用于炼焦生产全流程智能集成优化控制仿真实验平台上,取得了明显的应用成效。
Aiming at the hierarchical and hierarchical intelligent integrated control system of coking production process, a multi-layer performance evaluation strategy is proposed. The structure, function and technology of multi-layer performance evaluation strategy composed of the economic performance of coking process, the performance of coke oven heating combustion control system and the expert analysis module are discussed. The coke production prediction model, the coking process energy consumption prediction model, the model predictive control based performance evaluation method and the expert analysis method are used to evaluate the multi-layer performance of the coking production process control system. The proposed performance evaluation strategy has been successfully applied to the whole process of coking production intelligent integrated optimization control simulation platform, and achieved significant results.
