老房拆迁后,突然冒出两份不同的遗嘱。其中,以王老汉署名的遗嘱表示,要将房子留给二女儿王玲(已经去世,其膝下长子刘彬也已去世);而以王老汉的老伴曾老太名义所立的遗嘱,则表示将房子留给二儿子王浩。此外,刘彬一方还拿出一份由曾老太签署的《购房协议书》,表示早在1993年曾老太就以4000元的价钱将涉案房屋卖给了刘彬。两份遗嘱以及购房协议的真伪,成了法庭争论的焦点。2013年7月17日,青岛市中院对这起引起纷争的继承案件进行了审理。
