本文分析了当前图书馆普遍存在的两种咨询——参考咨询与信息咨询,提出理清二者的关系,对两种咨询的职能界定作一次认真思考和分析是必要和迫切的,只有这样才能做到既有分工又有协作,从而不断完善图书馆的咨询职能。
This paper analyzes the two kinds of consulting which are ubiquitous in the library at present - reference and information consultation, put forward to clarify the relationship between the two, and it is necessary and urgent to give a careful consideration and analysis of the function definition of the two kinds of consultation.
