目的:为了寻找监测顺铂早期肾损害的较敏感指标。方法:采用自身对照设计,动态观察10例用顺铂治疗的肿瘤患者投药前后尿中的5'-核苷酸磷酸二酯酶(5'-NPD)和N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)的活性变化规律,分析酶活性变化与早期肾损害的关系。结果:顺铂投药后的第1天,5'-NPD和NAG的活性开始迅速升高,第3天到达最高峰,比投药前分别升高了7.9倍和2.5倍,第11天恢复至投药前的活性水平。结论:5'-NPD和NAG可作为监测早期顺铂肾损害的指标,尿5'-NPD较为灵敏。
Objective: To find more sensitive indicators for monitoring early kidney damage in cisplatin. METHODS: The 5′-nucleotide phosphodiesterase (5′-NPD) and N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase in the urine before and after administration of 10 cisplatin-treated tumor patients were dynamically observed by self-control design. (NAG) activity changes, analysis of the relationship between changes in enzyme activity and early renal damage. RESULTS: On the first day after cisplatin administration, the activity of 5’-NPD and NAG began to rise rapidly and reached the highest peak on the third day, which was 7.9-fold and 2.5-fold higher than before the administration, respectively. Days return to the level of activity prior to administration. Conclusion: 5’-NPD and NAG can be used as indicators to monitor early cisplatin kidney damage. Urinary 5’-NPD is more sensitive.
