With the rapid development of financial derivative products and their businesses, it is an important issue in the international community to improve the supervision of the financial derivatives market in order to maintain the stability of international financial markets without damaging the efficiency of financial markets. This article gives a preliminary literature review of the regulatory theory of the international financial derivatives market.
