目的研究幼儿园综合护理干预预防儿童龋齿的效果。方法选取自2014年3月至2015年3月重庆市江津区几江幼儿园的儿童66名,按随机数据表分为研究组和对照组,研究组是由医护人员联合家长对幼儿园儿童实施龋齿综合护理干预措施,对照组实施传统的保健措施,干预后每半年进行一次检查,跟踪随访2年,比较两组干预后各时点患龋情况。结果干预后,研究组各时点龋患率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理干预可以有效预防儿童龋病的发生,降低了龋病及其并发症的发生率,增加了儿童及家长对预防龋病知识的掌握,使儿童养成了良好的饮食、卫生习惯,值得临床上广泛应用。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursery intervention on prevention of dental caries in children. Methods Sixty-six children from Kindergarten in Jiangjiang District, Jiangjin District, Chongqing from March 2014 to March 2015 were divided into study group and control group according to randomized data table. The study group consisted of medical staff and parents who carried out dental caries on kindergarten children Comprehensive nursing interventions, the control group to implement the traditional health measures, intervention after every six months to conduct a follow-up of 2 years follow-up comparison of the two groups after the intervention of caries situation. Results After intervention, the caries prevalence rate of study group was significantly lower than that of control group at each time point, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of caries in children, reduce the incidence of dental caries and its complications, increase the knowledge of children and parents to prevent caries and make children develop good diet and hygiene habits , It is widely used clinically.
