色素既可选择性地吸收入射光,又可因其与基质不同的折射率而射入射光。因此着色材料的色素浓度影响着色素吸收与散射,也必将影响其颜色。本研究应用Kubelka-Munk理论,测试计算了不同色素浓度的Plat铸造陶瓷橙色着色剂的吸收系数与散射系数;测试了不同色素浓度的橙色、蓝色着色剂表面着色的Plat铸造陶瓷标本的颜色。结果表明:橙色着色剂色素浓度与着色剂的吸收系数、散射系数呈明显的正相关关系.随着橙色与蓝色着色剂色素浓度的增加,表面着色标本的色相无明显改变,其明度逐渐降低,饱和度逐渐增强。
Pigments can selectively absorb incident light, but also because of its different refractive index with the substrate into the light. Therefore, the coloring material pigment concentration affects the pigment absorption and scattering, will also affect its color. In this study, the Kubelka-Munk theory was used to calculate the absorption coefficients and scattering coefficients of Plat cast ceramic orange colorants with different pigment concentrations. The color of Plat cast ceramic specimens colored on the surfaces of orange and blue colorants with different pigment concentrations was tested. The results show that there is a clear positive correlation between the pigment concentration of orange colorant and the absorption coefficient and scattering coefficient of colorant. With the increase of pigment concentrations of orange and blue colorants, the hue of the surface-colored specimens did not change significantly, the lightness gradually decreased and the saturation increased gradually.
