我县地处浙南山区,水能资源丰富,从1977年建立县地方小电网起到1982年上半年,联网的小水电站共15处,总装机10,370千瓦。1981年发电量达2,890万度,基本上保证了我县当前工农业生产用电的需要。由于我们根据具体情况采取了适当的工程措施,合理开发水能,做好综合调节,尽量减少弃水,力争提高水头多发电,注意在最佳工作情况运行,因而使小水电网在水能经济利用方面取得了一定成绩。
