前脑短暂缺血可引起海马CA1区神经元损害而出现记忆障碍。为观察海马不同部位胚胎神经元移植对缺血性记忆障碍的疗效,选用诱导低血压并双侧颈总动脉阻断8min为前脑短暂缺血模型,术后5d~7d行迷宫试验,观察26只雄性SD大鼠中有记忆障碍21只,分成缺血对照组(6只)和移植组(15只),另设正常组5只。缺血后1周,按Dunnett(1986)方法,制备胚
Short forebrain ischemia can cause neuronal damage in the CA1 area of the hippocampus with memory impairment. To observe the effect of embryonic neuronal transplantation in different parts of the hippocampus on ischemic memory impairment, the model of transient forebrain ischemia induced by hypotension and bilateral common carotid artery occlusion for 8 minutes was selected.
