本文把弹塑性有限元法与材料的应变──寿命理论结合起来计算膨胀节的低循环疲劳寿命,即利用弹塑性有限元分析波纹管的最大应力应变(局部应力应变),根据局部应力应变利用奥氏体不锈钢材料的应变──寿命关系计算出波纹管的疲劳寿命。本文同时编写了该方法的Fortran计算程序,利用该程序可以比较准确地计算出膨胀节的低循环疲劳寿命。本文还把计算结果与膨胀节实测结果进行比较,证明了该方法是一种行之有效的估算膨胀节寿命的工程方法。
This paper combines the elasto-plastic finite element method with the strain-life theory of materials to calculate the low cyclic fatigue life of the expansion joint, that is, using the elasto-plastic finite element method to analyze the maximum stress and strain (local stress and strain) of the corrugated pipe and according to the local stress and strain Austenitic stainless steel strain ─ ─ life relationship calculated bellows fatigue life. In this paper, Fortran calculation program of the method is also compiled, and the program can calculate the low cycle fatigue life of the expansion joint more accurately.
