我厂新试制的某产品的主动轮是行走系统的关键零件,由于轮齿齿面在极为恶劣的条件下工作,传递功率大,承受极大的接触应力,磨损厉害。国内在类似的产品制造中采用高锰钢整铸的工艺,不仅寿命低,而且性能差,不能满足使用要求。为了充分发挥贵重合金材料的作用,取得较好的经济效益,对主动轮齿面进行强化处理是一种十分有效的途径。国外对这一零件采用索尔玛依特(Copuaitr)系列电焊条进行齿面堆捍,最大厚度为5毫米,硬度大于HRC58。目前我国在类似产品制造中尚
