在对连续表面进行镗孔加工时,镗杆可能发生自振,而这往往是影响工件表面光洁度和精度的主要因素之一。根据一些资料介绍,镗杆的自振频率接近于它的固有频率,振动条件取决于它的横振频率和扭振频率二者相等。因此有必要较准确地计算固有频率及共振条件,作为具体设计时选择一些参数的依据。 《组合机床通讯》1976年第4期“组合机床刚性主轴部件的设计(三)”一文的最后部分提出了两种振动频率和共振条件,文中指出:
