在知识经济条件下,管理理念和管理技术都发生了深刻的变革。在人力资源管理领域也展开了一场悄无声息的革命。将计算机技术应用于人力资源管理,帮助人力资源管理人员实现了由行政管理人员到战略合作伙伴角色的转化,实现了人力资源管理职能的转化。基于人力资源信息系统(HRIS)发展而来的电子化人力资源管理(e-HR)具有更完善和更先进的功能。本文根据已有的资料和实际调研,简要分析了e-HR对人力资源管理的影响,有助于进一步作系统规划。
Under the conditions of knowledge economy, profound changes have taken place in management concepts and management techniques. There has also been a quiet revolution in the field of human resources management. The application of computer technology to human resources management helps human resources managers to realize the transformation from administrators to strategic partners and realizes the transformation of human resources management functions. Electronic human resource management (e-HR) based on Human Resources Information System (HRIS) has more perfect and advanced functions. Based on the existing data and actual research, this paper briefly analyzes the impact of e-HR on human resources management and helps to make further system planning.
