作为超快光纤激光器核心部件的可饱和吸收体近年来在纳米科学发展的带动下取得了很多突破性的进展,尤其是以碳纳米管材料为代表的光纤型可饱和吸收体受到了国际上的广泛关注。超快光纤激光器的应用不断扩展,包括精细加工、光谱特性探测、无损成像、光频率梳产生、材料的超快动力学研究等。针对近年来基于碳纳米管的超快光纤激光器的工作做一部分综述工作。对碳纳米管的原理、制备、非线性光学特性,尤其是在超快光纤激光器中的应用做出总结。
Saturable absorbers, which are the core components of ultra-fast fiber lasers, have made many breakthroughs in recent years driven by the development of nanosciences. In particular, optical fiber-type saturable absorbers represented by carbon nanotubes have been widely used in the world extensive attention. The application of ultra-fast fiber lasers has been expanded to include fine processing, spectral characteristics detection, non-destructive imaging, optical frequency comb generation and ultrafast kinetics of materials. In view of the work of CNT-based ultra-fast fiber lasers in recent years, we do a part of the review work. The principle, preparation, nonlinear optical properties of carbon nanotubes, especially the application of ultrafast fiber lasers are summarized.
