本文从充分发挥水泥熟料矿物在水化过程中潜在活性的观点出发,论证了提高水泥中<20μm的熟料颗粒含量,并加入适量沸石和石灰石作复合微集料生产的一种节能水泥——微集料水泥的依据。制造该水泥宜采用分别粉磨而后混合的生产工艺。 试产水泥的熟料粉比表面积为4450cm~2/g,<20μm的颗粒含量为 65.6%。沸石、石灰石掺量分别为20%、10%。水泥性能与425号普通水泥类似。经使用反映良好。据估算,与普通水泥相比,生产这种水泥可节能约10%,增产约20%。
In this paper, from the point of view of giving full play to the potential activity of cement clinker minerals in the hydration process, an energy-saving cement that increases the content of clinker particles <20 μm in cement and incorporates appropriate amounts of zeolite and limestone for composite micro-aggregates is demonstrated. - The basis of micro-aggregate cement.
