本文提供了低品位含粘土锰矿石选矿工艺的试验室研究和半工业试验的结果,并提供了该工艺应用的实际经验。高梯度磁选、泡沫分选机的浮选和化学选矿的联合流程可从含锰18~24%和粘土50%的矿石中生产回收率为85~87%商品精矿。连二硫酸盐法可生产含锰52%以上和含磷0.02%以下的冶炼价值较高的精矿。
This paper presents the results of laboratory studies and semi-industrial tests of low-grade clay-bearing manganese ore beneficiation processes and provides practical experience with this process. High gradient magnetic separation, foam separator flotation and chemical beneficiation of the joint process from 18 to 24% manganese and clay 50% of the ore recovery rate of 85 to 87% of the product concentrate. Even sulfate method can produce more than 52% manganese and phosphorus less than 0.02% of the smelting value of the concentrate.
