国家三部委联合发布:清理房地产22种违规行为9月11日,建设部、发改委和工商总局联合发布《房地产交易秩序专项整治工作方案》。该方案指出,三部委定下的房产整治年——2006年9月至2007年9月将分四个阶段整治房地产交易秩序,商品房预售违规、恶意炒作行为、广告违规、销售合同违规、房地产经纪违规、价格违法行为六大类22种房产违规行为需要清理整顿。8月我国居住类价格全面上涨租房价涨了3.5%8月,房租、水电费等居住类价格上涨仍是我国居民消费价格指数(CPI)上行的主要原因。9月11日,国家统计局发布的月度报告显示,8月当月,我国居住类价格同比上涨了4.8%。水、电及燃料价格上涨5.6%,建房及装修材料价格调高4.3%,租房价格上行3.5%。1至8月份累计,居民消费价格总水平比去年同期上涨1.2%。
