十一届三中全会以来 ,随着科技体制和教育体制的全面改革 ,我国的学术研究活动蔚然成风。无论是科研院所还是高等院校 ,无论是自然科学领域还是社会科学战线 ,都取得了许多世人瞩目的成就 ,这是毋庸置疑的。但同时我们也应当清醒地看到 ,在学术研究过程中出现了种种令人担忧的 Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, with the comprehensive reform of the science and technology system and education system, the academic research activities in our country have become common practice.
