文化育人的实质是学校把自身看作一个文化机构,以文化传播的方式促进学生的全面发展,真正实现“以文化人”。文化育人的要素主要包含:历史性要素、环境性要素、主体性要素和开放性要素。高职院校要实现文化育人的目标,必须结合自身特点,深入挖掘相关要素的内涵,深刻体味其精神价值和理性追求,以一种整体的文化观推进育人工作。
The essence of culture and education is that schools regard themselves as a cultural institution, promote the all-round development of students by means of cultural transmission, and truly realize “people of culture ”. Elements of cultural education mainly include: historical elements, environmental elements, subjective elements and open elements. In order to realize the goal of cultural education, vocational colleges must dig out the connotation of the related elements, deeply appreciate its spiritual value and pursuit of reason, and promote the work of educating people with a holistic view of culture.
