对在火焰切割钢板过程中形成的裂纹进行了断口分析,并通过对火焰切割失效面和完好面进行的金相、显微维氏硬度等对比试验探讨研究了火焰切割失效的原因。结果表明,失效面与完好面表层金相组织、显微硬度均存在较大差别,失效切割面的切割温度过高以致超过基体熔点是导致裂纹产生的原因。
The fracture analysis of the flaws formed during the flame cutting of the steel plate was carried out. The reasons for the failure of the flame cutting were discussed by comparing the microstructure and micro Vickers hardness of the flame cutting failure surface and the intact surface. The results show that there is a great difference in the microhardness between the failure surface and the intact surface microstructure, and the reason that the crack is generated when the cutting temperature of the failure cutting surface is too high to exceed the melting point of the substrate.
