目的研究高效氯氰菊酯(β-CP)对小鼠肝脏能量代谢的影响及黄芪多糖(APS)的保护作用。方法将50只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为5组,包括对照组(玉米油)、染毒组(β-CP 40 mg/kg)及不同剂量的保护组(在β-CP 40 mg/kg基础上分别加上100、200和300 mg/kg APS),连续灌胃染毒10 d。测定血清中天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)的活力及肝脏组织匀浆中Na~+,K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)-ATPase和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活力。结果与对照组比较,β-CP染毒组AST、ALT活力均显著升高,Na~+,K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)-ATPase、LDH活力均有所降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与染毒组比较,各剂量保护组AST、ALT活力均有所降低,Na~+,K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)-ATPase、LDH活力均有所升高,其中,各剂量保护组AST、ALT、Na~+K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+)Mg~(2+)-ATPase活力及200 mg/kg剂量APS保护组LDH活力与染毒组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各剂量保护组中200 mg/kg剂量保护组的Na~+,K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)-ATPase、LDH活力相对较高,更接近对照组水平。结论 40 mg/kg剂量β-CP对小鼠肝脏能量代谢有影响,APS对其具有保护作用,200 mg/kg剂量APS的保护作用较为明显。
Objective To study the effects of beta-cypermethrin on liver energy metabolism and the protective effect of Astragalus polysaccharides (APS) in mice. Compared with the control group, the activities of AST and ALT decreased in all dosage groups, and the activities of Na +, K + -ATPase, Ca 2+ ), And Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase and LDH were all increased, among which AST, ALT, Na ~ + K ~ + -ATPase, Ca ~ (2+) -ATPase activity and LDH activity in APS-protected group at 200 mg / kg dose were significantly different from those in the exposed group (P <0.05). The levels of Na +, K ~ + -ATPase, Ca ~ (2 +), Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase, LDH were relatively higher and closer to the control group. Conclusion 40 mg / kg dose of β-CP has effects on energy metabolism of liver in mice. APS has a protective effect on it. The protective effect of 200 mg / kg APS is obvious.
