On the stomach of the bladder surgery on the recurrence of bladder gifted tumor, few reports at home and abroad. We followed up the patients with gastric dislocation for nearly 20 years and found that the recurrence of gastric dislocation of the bladder after surgery showed a trend of decreasing gradually. The pathological grade of the tumor after the recurrence was reduced, and the nests of the cancer were atrophied. In order to investigate the mechanism of gastric bypass on the inhibition of bladder tumor recurrence mechanism, we use gastric juice to simulate the environment of gastric bypass, observe the gastric juice
