正在批量生产的内燃机车用第三代1А26ДТ-01型柴油机的技术经济指标和生产指标已经与世界发动机制造业所达到的水平相当,有些指标已经超过国外同类产品的水平。第三代柴油机的技术水平已得到TUF NORD的正式认可。根据НИОКР所取得的成果,功率范围达7360kW的Д500(12ЧН26.5/31)型远景柴油机的第一阶段设计工作业已完成。采用米勒循环和增压记录系统的这种柴油机工作过程的设计指标为:平均有效压力27bar,气缸最高压力220bar。文内介绍了批量生产柴油机的结构特点和远景柴油机的研发概况。
The third-generation 1А26ДТ-01 diesel engine for mass production of diesel locomotives is in line with the technical and economic indicators and production targets of the world’s engine manufacturing industry, with some indicators exceeding the level of similar foreign products. The technical level of the third generation diesel engine has been officially recognized TUF NORD. According to the results achieved by НИОКР, the first stage of design of Д500 (12ЧН26.5 / 31) long-range diesel engine with power range of 7360kW has been completed. The design specifications of this diesel engine working process using Miller cycle and supercharging recording system are as follows: the average effective pressure is 27 bar and the maximum pressure of the cylinder is 220 bar. The article introduced the mass production of diesel engine structural characteristics and prospects of research and development of diesel general situation.
