改革开放以来,我国大批量进口了原苏联、东欧国家生产的各种小汽车.现在,政治经济形势改变了与这些国家的贸易形式和结算方式,这些约占我国民用小汽车保有量的12%(约15万辆-1990年底统计数的汽车逐渐产生了配件供应问题.现状调查分析表明,这些车辆在近期还不能被我国现引进生产的各种中、高档小汽车所替代,还需解决其继续使用问题.为此,提出做好分工组织进口配件、加强库存配件交流、国产化配件协调生产、提高质量与逐步提高使用比重以及车辆售后服务工作,来使这些车辆继续发挥使用价值.
