针对含硫易切削齿轮钢20CrMnTiH(FQ)的成分特点和质量需求,结合攀钢提钒炼钢厂装备及工艺条件,通过提高入转炉半钢硫含量,选择合理的转炉终点控制、脱氧工艺及过程控铝模式、精炼工艺,采用分段式钙处理工艺分别对A类夹杂物进行变性,在RH处理后实施增硫,制订连铸关键工艺技术参数,打通了半钢炼钢条件下“转炉→LF→RH→200 mm×200 mm方坯连铸”生产该钢种的工艺流程。试验结果表明,试验钢成品成分控制范围较窄,硫成分控制稳定,钢水可浇性良好;连铸坯表面及低倍质量优良,w(T.O)=(11~18)×10-6;夹杂物控制达到预期目标;成材后各项性能均符合要求。
