本文报道了波斯小麦与粗山羊草(5个品系),小伞山羊草和卵穗山羊草双二倍体及其亲本的抗叶锈和白粉病鉴定结果。粗山羊草对叶锈的抗性受波斯小麦品系 PS 5(不抗叶锈)的抑制,在双二倍体中不能表现。小伞山羊草和卵穗山羊草对叶锈的抗性不受波斯小麦的影响,能在双二倍体中充分表达。以对白粉病免疫的波斯小麦为母本与免疫的山羊草或轻感的山羊草杂交,合成的双二倍体都对白粉病免疫。用轻感和中感白粉病的普通小麦品种与双亲都对白粉病免疫的波斯小麦-粗山羊草双二倍体杂交,并连续回交二次,从回交二代中已获得了农艺性状优良并对白粉病免疫的单株。并进一步获得了一批对白粉病免疫和高抗的小麦品系。
This paper reports the identification of leaf rust and powdery mildew in diploid and their parents of Persian wheat and Aegilops tauschii (5 lines), Aegilops tauschoi and Aegilops tauschii. The resistance of the crude Aegilops triticina to leaf rust was inhibited by the Persian wheat line PS 5 (not against leaf rust) and was not expressed in double diploids. Small umbrella Aegilops and Echinochloa grass resistance to leaf rust is not affected by Persian wheat and can be fully expressed in double diploids. Diplosporins were immunized against the powdery mildew by crossing the Persian wheat that is immunized against the powdery mildew with a female parent that is immunized with the goat or the susceptible goat. The common wheat cultivars with mild and moderate susceptibilities to powdery mildew were crossed with the diploid diploid of Persian wheat-Coarse Aegilops sinensis which were both immunized by the powdery mildew and were backcrossed twice in succession. Agronomic traits Fine and immune to powdery mildew. And further obtained a number of powdery mildew immune and highly resistant wheat lines.
