利用常压等离子体可实现气缸套快速扫描多元共渗。总硬化层深度>100μm,显微硬度927HV0.05(67HRC)。95型硼铸铁气缸套室内快速磨损试验表明:等离子体多元共渗气缸套具有优异的耐磨及配副性能,与不作处理的气缸套相比,耐磨性提高20%,配副活塞环耐磨性提高约17%,达优等标准,且成本低,生产过程稳定,效率高(每只缸套处理时间≤1.5min)。
The use of atmospheric pressure plasma cylinder liner can be achieved quickly scanning multiple infiltration. The total hardened layer depth> 100μm, microhardness 927HV0.05 (67HRC). The rapid wear test of 95 type boron cast iron cylinder liner shows that the plasma multiple permeation liner has excellent wear resistance and accessory performance, and the wear resistance is increased by 20% compared with the cylinder liner without treatment. Grinding increased by about 17%, up to excellent standards, and low cost, stable production process, high efficiency (each cylinder liner processing time ≤ 1.5min).
