我厂生产的M4.5减速器原设计的蜗杆,经倒坡修形,属直线齿球面蜗轮副传动,其传动效率及热效率长期达不到设计要求。改用平面二次包络弧面蜗轮副传动后,啮合性能良好,全面达到和超过原设计要求,经有关部门鉴定,现已正式投产。一.M4.5减速器简介及存在问题 1、传动性能额定功率:Ne=2.2kw 蜗杆转速:n=1450rpm 输出扭矩:Mk=40kgm 2.啮合参数(见表1)
