免疫组织化学染色(Immuno histo chemistry,IHC)是利用抗原抗体特异性结合的原理,通过化学反应使标记抗体的显色剂(荧光素、酶、金属离子、同位素)色来确定组织细胞内抗原,对其定性、定位及定量的研究,由于甲醛固定时使标本的氨基酸残基分子之间或分子内形成醛键,从而使抗原决定簇被掩盖或破坏,使部分抗原-抗体反应不能特异性结合,因此充分的抗原修复是IHC染色结果正确与否的重要环节,因此我科就CK20、EGFR、AE1/AE3在胃肠道腺癌中的表达时,选择上述两种抗原修复液,同时行高压锅热修复,现研究结果报道如下。
