目前国内CNG加气站的工艺流程方面存在着较多的安全隐患,地下储气井松动和天然气窜井等事故时有发生,本文在对目前国内常规CNG加气站工艺流程的现状和问题进行分析的基础上,提出了相应的再造优化设计方案,重点是对地下储气井的结构和功能进行改造,通过串联改并联、增设独立的进气出气管线和增加套管等方式,使地下储气井不仅可以为加气操作提供足够的压力,而且还具备了高温天然气冷却容器的功能,满足了CNG加气站的实际需要,同时提出的优化设计方案具有较好的经济性、可行性。
At present, there are many potential safety problems in the process of domestic CNG refueling stations. Occurrence of accidents such as loose underground gas storage wells and natural gas blow-up have occurred from time to time. In this paper, the current status and problems of CNG refueling stations in China are analyzed , The corresponding optimization plan of remanufacturing is put forward. The key point is to rebuild the structure and function of underground gas storage wells. Through parallel connection in series, additional inlet and outlet gas lines and additional casing, an underground gas storage well Which can provide enough pressure for the gas filling operation, but also has the function of high-temperature natural gas cooling container to meet the actual needs of the CNG filling station. At the same time, the optimized design proposal has good economy and feasibility.
