针对水泥砼桥面沥青铺装防水粘结材料性能差异较大而带来的诸多质量问题,选择AMP、5%SBR改性沥青、5%SBS改性沥青和环氧沥青4种较常用的防水材料,测试其在0、25、60℃3种温度下的剪切强度、拉拔强度、透水性3个关键指标。结果表明,温度升高,各桥面防水粘结材料的抗剪强度、抗拉强度均有不同程度的下降;作为水泥砼桥面沥青铺装防水粘结材料,AMP性能卓著,SBS、SBR改性沥青的性能优于环氧沥青。
Aimed at many quality problems caused by the difference in performance of cementing concrete asphalt pavement waterproofing and bonding materials, four commonly used waterproofing agents, AMP, 5% SBR modified asphalt, 5% SBS modified asphalt and epoxy asphalt, Materials, test its 0,25,60 ℃ 3 kinds of temperature shear strength, drawing strength, water permeability of the three key indicators. The results show that the shear strength and tensile strength of waterproof and debonding materials of all the decks decrease with different temperatures as the temperature rises.
