以2种不同海拔高度(安图和长白山)的膜荚黄芪种质为试材,采用低温和低温光照对其进行处理,以常温为对照,研究低温对其不定根总黄酮积累的影响。结果表明:安图膜荚黄芪在低温处理时总黄酮积累需要光照,第8天时达到最高值(2.37mg·g~(-1)),是其同时期对照组的1.30倍,而且这种总黄酮的积累也使其抗氧化活性显著增加;常温下长白山膜荚黄芪总黄酮含量显著高于安图膜荚黄芪,但是其含量不受低温和光照的影响。这说明不同种质的膜荚黄芪具有不同的总黄酮生物合成规律。
The Astragalus membranaceus germplasm from two different altitudes (Antu and Changbai Mountain) were used as experimental materials, and were treated with low temperature and low temperature light. The effects of low temperature on the total flavonoid accumulation of adventitious roots were studied under normal temperature. The results showed that when Astragalus membranaceus was treated with low temperature, the total flavonoid accumulation needed light, reaching the highest value (2.37 mg · g -1) on the 8th day, which was 1.30 times of that of the control group The accumulation of total flavonoids also increased the antioxidant activity significantly. The content of total flavonoids in Astragalus membranaceus in Changbai Mountain was significantly higher than that in Astragalus membranaceus, but its content was not affected by the low temperature and light. This shows that the different germplasm Astragalus different flavonoids biosynthesis law.
