本发明属于纳米技术领域,具体涉及一种取向螺旋碳纳米管纤维及其制备方法和用途。本发明在管式炉中,以Si/SiO_2/Al_2O_3/Fe为合成催化剂,以乙烯为碳源,氩气和氢气为载气,合成高度取向的碳纳米管阵列;从碳纳米管阵列中拉出碳纳米管带,以带有尖头探针的纺锤将所拉出的碳纳米管带连接起来后匀速旋转纺出纤维,再用乙醇处理,得到取向螺旋碳纳米管纤维。由本发明得到的碳纳米管纤维具有很高的力学强度和电导率。将该材料与多种具有导电特性的材料及结构组合,可应用于制造人造肌肉、电动马达及药物释放载体等。专利申请号:CN201210157389.1公开号:CN102704041A申请人:复旦大学
