As a main body of training military personnel, how to improve its professional quality so as to match the overall requirements of quality education is a problem worthy of careful study. To cultivate noble professional ethics and establish a correct concept of education, the multi-layer composite professional knowledge structure and comprehensive teaching ability are the fundamental ways and requirements for the match between military professional quality and quality education.
