环境化学中铅是一种重要的有害元素。所以,铅的分析方法研究,引起人们的极大重视。石墨炉原子吸收分析法测定铅,常遇到的一个困难是基体干扰。氯化物会引起铅吸收峰的位移,并导致双吸收峰。前文中报导了氯化物干扰主要是发生在石墨炉壁固相和试样蒸发过程。因此,利用基体改进剂,改变铅在溶液中的状态,同时在灰化阶段除去氯化物,原子化阶段不形成挥发性的PbCl_2,将是减少或清除干扰的一种途径。本文采用(NH_4)_4
Lead in environmental chemistry is an important harmful element. Therefore, the analysis of lead analysis has drawn great attention from people. Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Analysis of lead, often encountered a difficulty is the matrix interference. Chlorides cause displacement of lead absorption peaks and result in double absorption peaks. It has been reported in the previous report that chloride interference mainly occurs in the graphite furnace wall solid phase and the sample evaporation process. Therefore, the use of matrix modifiers to change the state of lead in solution while removing chloride during the ashing stage and not forming volatile PbCl 2 during the atomization stage will be a way to reduce or eliminate the interference. In this paper, (NH_4) _4
