目的研究粗齿冷水花Pilea sinofasciata的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、制备液相等多种色谱技术进行化合物的分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从粗齿冷水花的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到19个化合物,分别鉴定为α-生育酚(1)、豆甾醇(2)、epihernandulcin(3)、hernandulcin(4)、苯甲酸(5)、亚麻油酸乙酯(6)、十六酸乙酯(7)、α-香树精(8)、棕榈酸(9)、二十二烷酸(10)、腺苷(11)、3-吲哚甲酸(12)、原儿茶酸(13)、没食子酸(14)、白桦脂酸(15)、齐墩果酸(16)、硝酸钾(17)、香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(18)、3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(19)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Pilea sinofasciata. Methods Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Ninety-nine compounds were isolated from 95% ethanolic extracts of R. chinensis and identified as α-tocopherol (1), stigmasterol (2), epihernandulcin (3), hernandulcin (4), benzoic acid ), Ethyl linolenate (6), ethyl hexadecanoate (7), alpha-menthol (8), palmitic acid (9), behenic acid (10), adenosine (12), protocatechuic acid (13), gallic acid (14), betulinic acid (15), oleanolic acid (16), potassium nitrate (17), geraniol-7- O-β-D-glucoside (18), 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl (1 → 2) D-glucopyranoside (19). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
