目的掌握宝鸡市食品中单增李斯特菌的血清型和耐药水平。方法薄片凝胶法检测O抗原,试管凝集法检测H抗原;用微量肉汤稀释法检测59株单增李斯特菌对15种抗生素的耐药性。结果 59株单增李斯特菌对氨苄西林、青霉素、亚胺培南、万古霉素、氨苄西林/青霉烷石分全部敏感,对庆大霉素、四环素、强力霉素等5种抗生素的耐药率均<5%,环丙沙星在三年耐药率检测中结果最高,且2012年只有环丙沙星一种抗生素耐药,59株菌株中有2株出现了多重耐药。59株单增李斯特菌分属5个血清型,1/2a血清型占49.15%,1/2b血清型占42.37%,1/2c血清型占5.08%。结论食品中单增李斯特菌的主要血清型为1/2a和1/2b;15种抗生素有9种产生了耐药性,并且出现了2株多重耐药菌株。今后应加强对单增李斯特菌耐药性的日常检测,为临床治疗提供科学依据。
Objective To understand the serotypes and drug resistance of Listeria monocytogenes in food in Baoji City. Methods O antigen was detected by thin-slice gel method and H antigen was detected by tube agglutination method. The antibiotic resistance of 59 Listeria monocytogenes strains to 15 kinds of antibiotics was detected by micro broth dilution method. Results 59 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were all sensitive to ampicillin, penicillin, imipenem, vancomycin and ampicillin / penicillamine, and were sensitive to 5 antibiotics such as gentamicin, tetracycline and doxycycline The drug resistance rates were all less than 5%. Ciprofloxacin showed the highest resistance rate in three years. In 2012, only ciprofloxacin was resistant to one antibiotic, and two out of 59 strains showed multiple drug resistance. 59 Listeria monocytogenes belonged to 5 serotypes, accounting for 49.15% of serotypes of 1 / 2a, 42.37% of serotypes of 1 / 2b and 5.08% of serotypes of 1 / 2c. Conclusions The main serotypes of Listeria monocytogenes in food are 1 / 2a and 1 / 2b. Nine of the 15 antibiotics have developed drug resistance and two multi-drug resistant strains have emerged. In the future, routine tests on resistance to L. monocytogenes should be strengthened to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment.
