财务管理是银行经营管理的重要部分,在银行管理活功中处于理财的重要地位财务管理核心就是以尽可能少的资金耗费,取得尽可能大的资金效用。近几年我行通过发展机构网点,积极扩大信贷业务,加强内部管理,努力降低成本,使经营效益不断提高,但从县级机构的情况来看,也存在一些问题,其具体表现:经营成本观念不强,资金营运水平不高;贷款管理偏松,不良贷款占用比例过大;受外部条件和内部经营机制不健全的影响,利润水平下降;职工队伍素质有待提高,影响财务管理工作的开展等;法制政策观念
