化工行业是国民经济发展中不可缺少的重要组成部分,更对我国工业的发展有着重要的影响。与一般的工业不同的是,化学化工行业所需要的原材料大多具有易燃易爆、腐蚀性、有毒性的特征,从事该行业的工作人员需要接触各种各样的化学物质。化学化工行业的特殊性要求对生产环节的规范性要求更高,对生产设备的质量和性能也具有较高的要求。本文介绍了化学化工材料的特征,并以大宗材料、静设备、动设备、成套设备的采购为例进行深入的分析。
The chemical industry is an indispensable part in the development of the national economy and has an important influence on the development of our country’s industry. Unlike most industries, most of the raw materials needed in the chemical and chemical industry are flammable, corrosive and toxic. Workers working in the industry need access to a wide range of chemicals. The special requirements of chemical and chemical industries require more normative production links and higher requirements on the quality and performance of production equipment. This paper introduces the characteristics of chemical and chemical materials, and takes the bulk materials, static equipment, moving equipment, complete sets of equipment procurement as an example for in-depth analysis.
