试验以双列杂交法对两个抗黄萎病多菌系新种质主要经济性状及遗传研究表明,川737、川2802本身综合性状良好,其主要目标性状配合力高,川737子棉产量GCA与SCA、皮棉产量SCA和比强度GCA效应好;川2802皮棉产量GCA等效应好。各性状SCA与杂种优势密切相关,r=0.97~0.99,川737产量杂种优势突出,是棉花育种较理想的抗黄萎病多菌系抗源种质材料。
The main economic traits and genetic studies on two new germplasm of Verticillium dahliae resistant to Verticillium wilt were showed by double-row hybridization. The results showed that Sichuan 737 and Sichuan 2802 had good comprehensive characters and high combining ability of main target traits, GCA and SCA, lint yield SCA and specific strength GCA effect is good; Sichuan 2802 lint yield GCA equivalent effect is good. SCA of each trait was closely related to heterosis, r = 0.97 ~ 0.99, and the heterosis of Sichuan 737 was prominent. It was an ideal germplasm material for resistance to Verticillium dahliae in cotton breeding.
