该“中心”又名“育菀阁”,建在上海师范大学以南,桂林路以东。基地呈梯形,面积约1.1公倾,建筑总面积10680M~2,投资约1200万元。该工程有168套客房,并由多间会议室,报告厅、餐厅,宴会厅,阅览室,商场等组成。它从总体到局部,从室内到室外的空间与环境设计,努力追求典雅、简洁、含蓄,富有“书卷气”的环境气氛,并融合江南建
The “center” is also known as “Yeyu Pavilion”. It is built south of Shanghai Normal University and east of Guilin Road. The base is trapezoidal, with an area of about 1.1 hectares, a total building area of 10,680 M2, and an investment of about 12 million yuan. The project has 168 sets of rooms and consists of a number of meeting rooms, lecture halls, restaurants, banquet halls, reading rooms, and shopping malls.
