不久前,应邀参加山东省党外知识分子联谊会成立大会。省委常委、统战部颜世元部长谈到如何实现习近平总书记提出的“中国梦”。他说,什么时候世界各国的学子都以到中国留学为荣了,什么时候中国人成为诺贝尔奖获得者主体了,我们才有资格说,中华民族复兴了,“中国梦”实现了。我理解,颜部长在这里提出了判断“中国梦”是否实现的三个重要标准,这就是:拥有世界上最好的教育、人才和文化,进而拥有世界上最强大的文明吸引力、文化辐射力和综合影响力。
