目的探讨输卵管双氧水造影、通液及中药综合治疗42例输卵管性不孕患者的方法和疗效。方法对42例输卵管性不孕患者在B超下进行输卵管双氧水造影,生理盐水通液冲洗,药物通液及中药内服、外敷综合治疗。结果其中36例患者输卵管单侧或双侧复通,31例受孕,特别对输卵管远端阻塞疗效较好。 Objective To investigate the methods and efficacy of tubal hypoxemia contrast, fluid and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of 42 cases of tubal infertility. Methods 42 cases of tubal infertility patients underwent B-fall oxalipinectomy, saline flush, drug solution and oral administration of Chinese medicine, external application of comprehensive treatment. Results 36 cases of tubal unilateral or bilateral recanalization, 31 cases of pregnancy, in particular the distal tubal obstruction better curative effect.
