老年性睑内翻的手术方式有多种,国内外均有不少报道,但采用眼轮匝肌缩短联合下眶隔加固术尚未见报道.作者从1993年7月至今,采用了这种新的手术方式治疗老年性睑内翻20例25眼,术后随访8月至1年,未见复发,效果满意,报告如下:一般资料:20例均为住院病例.男8例9眼,女12例16眼.年龄60～84岁,平均68岁.均为老年性睑内翻,其中2例为行眼轮匝肌缩短、松弛皮肤切除术后复发病例.手术方法:(1)下睑局部浸润麻醉.离下睑缘1.5mm处,平行睑缘切开皮肤.如有皮肤明显松弛者,在浸润麻醉前用眼科镊夹持皮肤,以估计皮肤切除量,并用美蓝或龙胆紫画出下方一条切口线.术中将松弛皮肤切除.(2)在皮下向下剥离至距睑缘4～5mm处,剥离出宽约6～8mm的轮匝肌条带.(3)将此条带从中央截断后,两断端重叠缩短,缝合于睑板下缘.(4)于皮下与眼轮匝肌间向下眶缘作钝性分离,达下眶缘骨膜,用10—0丝线穿过下眶缘骨膜组织,上端穿过下睑板下缘,结扎缝线时,嘱患者张
