我们对大连市金普新区中小学女教师进行了为期一年的瑜伽干预,结果发现,其对女教师幸福感提升有促进作用,表现在“对健康的担心”“精力”“松弛和紧张”以及“总体幸福感”这几个维度上。
We conducted a one-year yoga intervention for female teachers in primary and secondary schools in Jinpu New District in Dalian City. We found that they have a positive effect on the promotion of female teachers’ sense of well-being. They are manifested in “Concerns for Health ”Relaxation and tension“ and ”overall happiness" in these dimensions.
