肥厚性幽门狭窄（hypertrophic pyloric sterosis ,HPS）是婴儿常见的消化道疾病之一。既往依靠临床和X线钡餐检查而诊断。近年我们将B超应用于HPS的检查，诊断，收到较好效果，现将B超检查技术及体会报道如下。
